Tour of Gelas Maledia
From our refuge there is the possibility of organizing a tour crossing Italian-French paasing in the European Park Alps Maritime-Mercantur with the opportunity to visit the highest mountains of the Alpes Maritimes "the Group of Gelas Maledia"
- Our tour is compose of a short walk (Yellow trace) hiking easy to consume the first day.
- (Red trace) another easy hiking to walk on the second day, arriving at Madonna Finestra located on the French side;
- (Green traces) also an easy hiking on the third day, arriving at the refuge Nice in France;
- (Blue trace) from Refuge Nice to Refuge Pagari a bit difficult hiking on the fourth day and on the fifth day is a route for experienced hikers and equipped with ax and with crampons;
- (Dark Green trace) for inexperienced hikers to return to San Giacomo.
With this tour you can have many combinations of excursions and the chance to do many interesting climbs.
